Servant's Heart Outreach 2025 Registration Information

JUNE 2025

Thank you for your interest in the Servant’s Heart Outreach.

Zion’s Hope is very excited to offer this unique opportunity for believers from America and Europe to volunteer their time in service to the Lord to work alongside our ministry team in Israel. This program offers a meaningful way for those who participate to bless the people of Israel in the name of Yeshua (Jesus).

In order to ensure a successful program, both for those who wish to participate and for those we will serve, Zion’s Hope has carefully designed specific criteria for participation. Applicants should expect this mission trip to be a wonderful time of serving, learning, spiritual growth, and warm Christian fellowship. Each participant should definitely come with a heart prepared to serve. There may be physical and emotional challenges, and participants must be able to handle the various and sometimes rigorous tasks that may be required. Most importantly, each participant must be of like mind on the foundations of biblical faith and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Below are the application documents which need to be carefully read, completed, and returned to us as soon as possible (two to three weeks is what we recommend). Your official registration cannot begin until we receive all completed documents and approve your application. (Most likely someone from Zion’s Hope will also interview you over the phone or via video chat.)

Before you return the completed paperwork, please prayerfully ask the Lord if this is something in which He would have you take part. Due to the nature of the work required, we
are not able to accommodate participants with physical or mental health limitations.

Your completed forms will be processed in the order they were received. We may contact you with additional questions after reviewing the submitted paperwork. A final decision with regard to your official inclusion on the Servant’s Heart team will be provided within 7-14 days of our receipt of the completed materials, and you will be notified either by phone, email, or letter.

The application package consists of the following documents, all of which must be submitted to Zion’s Hope in order for the process to begin:

Recommendation Letter from your pastor or ministry leader
  • Medical Information Form
  • Servant’s Heart Project Application Survey
  • Photocopy of your passport (full photo page) - *You will need to have a passport with an expiration date valid for six months past your scheduled return date.
  • Travel Protection Form
  • Photo Media Form
  • Travel Insurance Information – this will be provided to you separately. All participants will be required to purchase travel insurance coverage from the same provider, so the group will have equal medical, travel disruption, and emergency coverage.

We look forward to hearing from you and again ask you to be in prayer about your participation in this special endeavor.

If you have any questions, our helpful team members and I will be glad to be of assistance.

God bless you and keep you.
*Please print and complete each form below and return as soon as possible to outreach@zionshope.org

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

If ever the name of a ministry organization matched its focus, then “Zion’s Hope” fits perfectly. The name “Zion’s Hope” ideally reflects the ministry’s purpose which is to fervently, yet graciously, share the Good News of Jesus, the Messiah, with Jewish people in Israel, the United States, and around the world. The name “Zion’s Hope” comes from Psalm 53:6: “Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion!” And hence, the ministry’s heartfelt belief that the only true hope of Zion is salvation through her Messiah.
Romans 1:16 states: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel,  for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek (Gentiles). In accordance with Scripture, Zion’s Hope is called to share the Gospel with God’s chosen people; but we are also concerned for the salvation of the world, and therefore, we seek to share the love of Christ with all people, regardless of race, religion, or national origin.

Servant's Heart OUTREACH Program

Serve the Kingdom on our upcoming outreach trip.

Each year Zion’s Hope hosts at least one short-term outreach trip to Israel. The Servant’s Heart Outreach Program provides a unique opportunity to serve communities in Israel through hands-on ministry while experiencing the rich biblical heritage of the Land. This is not a tour, nor a traditional ministry trip—it’s a journey of faith, action, and connection. Join us as we bless the people of Israel, provide practical support, and deepen our understanding of God’s heart for His chosen people.

Active Ministry Partners

Key to the mission of Zion’s Hope are its ministry partners. For nearly 30 years, these faithful individuals, their families, and teams of hard-working volunteers have proclaimed a living Savior to a dying world. Strategically located in major population centers in Israel, the Middle East, and the United States, these servants of the Lord have a heart for the Jewish people and a zeal for the Gospel.
Our full-time ministry partners utilize a variety of methods to deliver the Good News of Jesus Christ to these various regions of the world. During their years of service, they've all faced challenges. Some have endured verbal, and even physical abuse along with targeted persecution. But through it all, their steadfast dedication to the work of the Lord has proven to be a blessing to multitudes who have come to faith in Christ and whose lives have been transformed by their ministry efforts.
